Peter and Walt's final guests on the August 5, 2020 edition of Speak Up Las Cruces were local actor and educator Irene Oliver-Lewis and former Attorney-General Patsy Madrid, two cousins, who talked about their families and their knowledge of how things used to be in Las Cruces. Ms. Madrid's mother, Mabel Fitch Madrid, died very recently. Branigan Cultural Center had an exhibit not long ago on the Fitch Sisters, who were prominent here.
